Solved Lock Sign While Trying Power On In Recovery Mode Macbook Pro 13 Retina Display Early 2015

Hi everybody, First of all, I‘m a great fan of this community, thanks a lot for all the cool stuff. My MacBook Pro shows the question mark sign, when I try to start up. When I try to start up in recovery mode, it shows a lock and wants a password? The picture attached shows what I see.

The SSD is running well on my 2014 13” MacBook Pro Retina. Does anybody know what the issue is here? I appreciate all suggestions. Thanks, Harry
