Hello, After changing the battery on my iPhone 3G, when i try to sync the iPhone in itunes, the green bar in the iPhone tab of itunes (the overview, where you see what’s taking up how much of space on the phone) keeps shrinking. It goes from 3.2 GB down to .66 (sometimes less) GB, and eventually disappears altogether. Itunes then quits to sync, giving me the message: “iTunes cannot sync apps to the iPhone “…” because the apps installed on the iPhone could not be determined” Another error i got was directly on the phone, which all of a sudden told me, there was no sim card inserted. This only happened once. Other than that, the phone works normally. Any help would be highly appreciated! EDIT: Resolved! I uninstalled all the apps on the phone and reinstalled them. Now everything works normally again, so it seems to have been a software problem. Thanks to pollytintop for the help!!

is this jailbroken? if so try deleting the most recent apps you have downloaded from the phone. this may even work for non-jailbroken phone.

When you say reinstall do you mean delete first, sync iphone and then download the apps again? Having exactly same problem
