Hi, when I hold my Motorola G6 to my ear, no sound coming out. I switch on the loud speaker of the mobile phone and it is working fine. No bluetooth in use, no headphone, etc. all volumes set to max I have restarted the phone two times and I have checked the settings. Everything seems to be fine. Do you have any clue, how I could identify the issue? I am assuming that the speaker you are referring to, is the loudspeaker? Sincerely Juergen
Hi, Is there audio when using headphones connected to the phone? If so then perhaps the problem is a faulty earpiece receiver. Here’s the ifixit Motorola Moto G6 Speaker Replacement guide that will help. Replacement earpiece receivers are available online. Just search for Moto G6 ear speaker to get results for suppliers.
