Was the screen that you received came pre-installed with the front camera assembly? If yes, chances are the part is faulty and you can remove the front camera assembly from the old screen. Here is a linked guide if you need it: iPhone 6s Plus LCD and Digitizer Replacement If you transferred the front camera from the old screen and the replacement screen didn’t come with one pre-installed then the front camera cable is most likely ripped and you need to replace it. The hey siri uses the microphone on the front camera assembly and the ambient light sensor is on that assembly too to control auto brightness.
