Chosen Solution
I dropped it on the road & sent it in to get fixed because the screen was Cracked, ect & Not long after i get it back is when apparently whatever internal damage there was kicks in. Theres Lines & boxes on the screen, the boxes are over the slide part so i cant even get into my Ipod Touch 5s.
