Chosen Solution
I don’t understand what I am doing wrong. I followed the guide to replace the screen on 2 phones, and both phones have signal loss. I didn’t wear gloves (I will next time). I cleaned out all the connectors with Windex and changed all the screws. My device seems to be put back together properly. Did someone have a similar problem and then find a solution? I would really like to see my bars go back up again. I can’t be the only one with this problem. Please help
The connector was not seated right, very common issue sadly The trick is press all the cables from the middle into the connector and that virtually keeps this from happening update I would clean the contacts inside the phone, oils mess up the signal sometimes, otherwise, it may be the antenna
During assembling the phone have you properly put the network cable on the logic board jack? see in the picture in step 11 iPhone 4 Logic Board Replacement
