My Amana won’t complete a cycle. I have to start on normal then once that stops, I have to turn the dial to rinse/spin then once that stops, I have to turn it again to drain/spin. It is a brand new Washer. Still confused on why it does this. This is my replacement for the first one I had that did the same thing. Can anyone give me any advice?
jessmaddox0726 since this is a brand new washer, I would recommend to not do anything about it from a DIY perspective just now. Call the vendor you bought it from and inform them of what is going on with your washer. Have them fix it for you since it will be their obligation to do so. Hold them accountable for this. Let us know how it works out so we can at least try and support you with this issue.
