Is it possible to use a ALS Programmer to get the True Tone functionality working after display repair on the iPhone XR like it is on iPhone 8, 8Plus or X? I cant find a programmer for the new phones above the iPhone X.

There is a new version of the ALS programmer that supports the X and above, as well as the 7 & 8 series. You can find it at UnionRepair (and AliExpress).
