Please can someone help me with this, My laptop is booting up fine and all, from the boot up you can see that even the bois text, booting text is turquoise? I have looked at the GPU all looks fine and the ribbon too. I have the 1Gb dedicated GPU card in this G62 Update Thank you yes i did connect to external screen it worked 100%, so replacing the screen now lol
rudolf, connect an external monitor and see if it displays properly. If it does, you know it is the LCD that has failed. If the external monitor displays the same problems, your GPU is having problems.
