Chosen Solution
All of the buttons in FitBit Versa 2 are unresponsive. Does anyone have face similar issue and any workaround/fix suggested to repair this issue. Pls help in solving it. Thanks.
I have had the same problem and I fixed it by going into Settings > about > shutdown > yes After the shutdown wait ten seconds and power back on by holding the side button until the logo shows up Hope this helps!
