Hello.just purchased alcatel pop4(6)7070q.battery is at 70% and phone won’t turn on.it just starts and shuts it self.can’t do hard reset either.please help.
Begin by holding down the Power key for a short while in order to switch off the smartphone. Next, press and hold the Volume Up + Power key simultaneously for a couple of seconds. Sadly my up button stopped working . I’m sure if it did work it would have worked !
