The phone states that the airplane mode is on , even though it is not. Did a factory reset but it didn’t help.
Hi, Did you try a “wipe the cache partition” to see if that resolved the problem Here’s how: Turn off the phone Hold both the Volume down button and Power button together until the device turns on. There should be a menu that says Select Boot Mode. Use the Volume Up button to scroll to Recovery Mode. When there is an Android symbol next to a yellow triangle, press and release the Power button and Volume up button at the same time. Navigate down to Wipe cache partition.
