Why does it require a 2nd rinse? Using the same pods that we have always used.
If you use a rinse aid, stop it for a while. Run your disposal before running dishes, put some lime or lemon rind in it to clean it out and get it fresh smelling. After the dishes run see if you smell the lemon/lime in your washer (clogged lines and backing up)
