I replaced my iPhone 7s plus screen due to cracking . My old screen still works just cracked . powered off phone installed new screen . Won’t turn on reinstalled original screen still won’t turn on. My 3rd time replacing never had a problem be for .

You say the phone won’t turn on…have you tried to see if iTunes recognizes your phone? Connect your phone to an iTunes enabled computer. If the phone is recognized, then shine a bright light on the screen. If you can see a dim image, then your backlight is the issue. You mention that you disconnected the battery prior to removing or re-connecting the screen. Normally not doing this can cause the backlight circuit to fail. If you did disconnect the battery, the problem may be elsewhere however given that neither the replacement screen, nor the original screen work, the backlight circuit is still the likely problem. This would require a micro-soldering repair and is not DIY.
