Hi, I replaced an iPad 6 screen but some parts of the screen are not tactile anymore.
Here is an example in Notes, where you can see the two parts that doesn’t work anymore. FYI Someone gave me this iPad; He forgot it on his car roof and someone drove on it. Thanks!
I have had this occur in the past with screen replacements. Each time, the issue was at the connector. Under the scope, you could see the pins not connecting securely with the ribbon cable. Not sure that this may be the issue you’re having, but it would be worth checking.
Thank you for your help! You were right, the pins were of very low quality, some broke when I opened the screen again.
I just asked for a return & refund.
