Evering else seem to be working fine including ear piece sound. This a spare Iphone 3GS without Service. Can anyone help???
try cleaning the headphone jack, and inserting headphones a few times.. it may have a build up of dirt etc.tricking the phone into headphone mode. if that doesn’t sort the problem and the symbol for mute doesn’t appear then you may have a faulty headphone flex.
