After replacing iphone se battery following ifixit instruction, my iphone se behaves very weird: low-charging level (not more than 10%), suddenly off & on itself, and repeat. Can you anyone tell what is going on?

Possibly a bad battery, or it is not plugged in correctly or you have a logic board issue. Without any further details and tests one would need a wizard to tell exactly which one of the three without seeing the phone.
