Hello, I have an alcatel one touch 5042x. After replacing the display glass, when I touch an icon, another program opens,(touch setting, open tv), and some icons are not executed. Can you help me?
Your digitizer cable may be mis-aligned. Make sure it is inserted properly, and clean it too with a dab of alcohol. The digitizer is the outside screen that detects touch. Hope this helps!
