after repair i cant get i tunes to repair ios keeps displaying connect itunes
This is probably going to be a hardware defect, but we need more details to know if this is solvable or not. I see a lot of iPhone 5 classic battery replacement pry damage–which is board damage to the edge of the board behind the SIM tray from trying to pry out the battery. This damage results in a loss of function of the home and power buttons, and sometimes it will cause the phone to boot in recovery mode—this can be solved. The damage is easily recognized with a picture of the area behind the SIM tray. However, there are other cases–damage to the U16 glass baseband ic which is not solvable, and the ’error 16’ hardware error where iPhone 5 will not restore the firmware which also is not solvable.
