My acer V5 recently got a new update. But after the update the computer restarted again and as usual i put in my password and it logged on but after that when the main screen came up it was all blank. No icon no task bar. My cursor can be seen and moves but nothing else. What can i do? I have work to do on it and i cant use it.
I suggest your preform a windows repair, I have a guide for making a repair drive. Once done, boot from it by changing your boot options in your bios and look for the “repair this PC” link and follow the on screen instructions. Alternatively, you can just reset the PC using this guide . This is an all too common problems with windows after an update. Let me know how you get on.
