Hi after I changed my thermal pads and paste, my PS4 won’t turn on anymore. Also took it apart again, still same. Before I changed thermal pads and paste, my power supply was very hot. I also took my power supply apart to see if there is anything wrong, and I saw little burn in. I tried the clamp trick, but it didn’t work out for me. I turn on my ps4 makes a beep, and then I press power button blue light for sec. Also my fan won’t start up, when I press power button. I just don’t know what is the problem, hopefully somebody able to help me.

Fairly certain the power supply has overheated from dust build up over time. Try another power supply first and see how that goes. Take note of the model printed under the power supply if I remember correctly it starts with ADP-xxxx. iFixit does sell replacement power supplies for PS4s. There is 3 different model power supplies which I have linked below so make sure it matches: https://www.ifixit.com/Store/Game-Consol...[Power+Supplies]=on
