Solved After Hitting Power Button Imac Turns Off And On After 5 Seconds Imac Intel 27 Emc 2639

The iMac will turn on and the screen lights up after 5 seconds, it then power cycles off and then you hear the chime as normal screen lights up and powers off again after 5 seconds, keeps doing that repeatedly. I already have: Disconnect hard driveChanged power cordMade sure fan was working Any idea what would cause this?
