My phone screen got replaced today and the screen isn’t flat when you look at it from the side. Is there any way I could just push the screen in without cracking it again?

I don’t think you can push it in without breaking it again. What I would do is go back to where you got the screen fixed, tell them the problem and see if they can fix it. But if you can show me a pic of it from the side I might be able to help you more.
It’s most likely a aftermarket part that is why it is a little thicker than the orignal.
