Phone previously functioned great prior to replacing cracked screen. Now I can’t slide to unlock or enter in my password. Phone now only can be used as a hard drive from PC.
brauns99, double check your work. Make sure that all connections are properly seated. If those are all correct, you may have gotten a bad digitizer. Speak with your vendor and replace it once more. It is not as uncommon as we think it is. Hope this helps, good luck.
Ensure that the touch flex cable is secured.
