Chosen Solution
I followed the tutorial on this site for the battery replacement and everything seems to work fine except that there’s no sound from the speaker i.e. click for typing and turning off screen. All the connections seems sound. I double checked connector 4 but nothing happens. Any ideas what went wrong?
It turns out that while I was replacing the battery, I had mistakenly muted the phone, everything is fine now. Thanks.
