My Q534UXK laptop’s HD 620 Graphics card is no longer supporting the use of the latest version of Adobe’s Illustrator or Premier Pro
Hi, Have you checked that the HD620 graphics adapter (GPU) drivers are up to date, you didn’t say? To check go to Device Manager > Display Adapters > right click on the HD620 adapter entry > Update drivers. You need to be online for it to update if there are any updated drivers available. If there are none then try installing the latest Intel drivers and check if they will work with the Adobe programs. If no good or it causes problems you can always roll back the drivers to the previous version in Device Manager > Display Adapters > right click on the HD620 adapter entry > Properties > Drivers. Of interest is that Adobe also points to using the GPU manufacturer’s driver download website when following this link According to the user manual the laptop has two GPUs. An integrated GPU with the CPU i.e. the Intel HD620 and a separate Nvidia GPU. Do the Adobe programs work OK when selecting the Nvidia GPU as the primary display adapter, you didn’t say?
