I am wondering what the adhesive is that is used to stick the bezel back into the top display casing ? It was super hard to remove and I have tried 3m 300LSE ( clear looking double sided tape ) but its not really sticking. I think Apple uses a 3M product but not sure what it is - please help as I would love to get a roll of it to have on hand for all repairs I do
Try 3M 9469 but you have to keep it under pressure for at least 24hrs… maybe that’s the problem with the 300LSE - you’re not giving it time enough to “set”. ‘‘If this answer was helpful please remember to return and mark it Accepted.
