Hello there, I recently purchased an Asus X555YA-RB81-CB laptop, and wish to add an optical drive. However, I do not know the part number/model name of one that would be compatible. I have seen videos on how to install one, but not for my model. Could anyone let me know what it is, please? Your help would be greatly appreciated, Thank you!

Then there must be some empty dummy behind the bezel. You will have to measure the hight of the drive since there are two different hight on the market and if the laptop is made after 2010 then the drive should have a SATA connector. You should be able buy a ´DVD drive or a blue ray. I switched on my Asus G771 from a DVD to a blue ray.
