so while my iphone was working just fine the activasion lock happened randomly the problem is i cant get rid of it because i dont know my id and password :( i cant put any other icloud user i tried reseting it on my computer no use i cant do anything to it someone please help me
If you are the original owner of the device and can prove it, then contact Apple Support (in store or via telephone) and they will remove Activation Lock. If you are not the original owner and you can’t remember the password, then there is nothing you can do to remove other than remembering your password.
