Will a display from a late 2011 Macbook Pro fit my late 2008 laptop?

Sorry not that simple ;-{ The 2011 display assembly won’t work. The Gloss and Anti-Glare display assemblies are very different! So you can’t swap between them, in addition you can’t swap 2008 & early 2009 with the late 2009 as they are also different!
