I bought this battery back in 2018 from iFixit to try to replace a service battery warning on my mac. I don’t think the warning ever went away but the battery lasted longer than my original battery which was 7 years old at that point. I should’ve requested a replacement but I think the time for that has long been past. I went to view the battery product page and noticed they had a warning saying some people had issues with the aftermarket battery on certain OS versions. My question is if my battery has those stats in the title would upgrading my OS do anything? Or is this just a crap battery I have? Note: I have also tried resetting SMC & recalibrating the battery.
