Hi there i have an issue with my 3GS 32GB camera the shutter wont open, Ive changed the camera 4 times and also micro soldered a new FPC camera connector. Also ive restored many many times. I know for a fact its a hardware issue. But still the same issue, any fuses or components i should be looking for to replace? Any help would be great. Thanks
My best guess is that the camera connector is no longer good. A new board connector replacement is not the best thing to do. Comparing a human solder joint to a machine, the machine’s joint is always tighter, and better. Unless you know for a fact that the connections are tight, I don’t think it is a solid repair. Could you post pics of it?
