Hello, I´m having a back light problem with this LG monitor, a vertical spot on the LCD its not turning on, everything else works fine, the monitor its out of warranty and no LG service Center in my country, when I turn on the panel and the brightness is less that 60% half of the panels turn off, but when I increase the brightness to more that 60% just the vertical spot appears. Any advice is welcome. thanks!
It sounds like one of the backlight strips is burnt out. Unfortunately, I cannot find replacement backlight strips at this time.
