unit works when charger is connected but shuts down after a few minutes without it. battery indicates a full charge. full charge capacity 3542mAh cycle count 565. SMC reset no help. holding opt,cont,shift and power for 10 seonds turns the unit on when the instructions indicate power on is a separate step so i’m not sure it actually reset.
Sad to say this battery has nothing left in it! The lower Red bar tells the tale the battery is no longer able to offer the needed storage. If we look at the data of the battery and your system you can see this is the original battery and is now over four years old. While the cycle count is not overly high its likely you tend to store your system for large windows of time either discharged or fully charged.
