2008 Samsung model # LNT5271F Ghosting, blurring on right side of TV. Called Samsung, they say this year does not have a tcon box…. Need advice on what part to order and from where. Thanks Update (10/18/2016)

It is entirely possible that this is related to failed caps on the power board. You will have to remove the back and take a look at the boards. Check for domed or leaking capacitors. Post some images of your boards with your question so we can see what you see. Use this guide for that. Also it looks to me that there is a T-con board. Again take pictures of all the boards and how they are mounted on the inside of your TV
