Starter keeps running, does not disengage, after car starts. It is not the starter or fly wheel. Something electrical keeps it running until the armature is ruined. Four starters completely ruined. It is not the solenoid or starter. Does not happen every time, but every 3 or 4 times it is started.
@oldsoupy if you are certain that it is not your starter/solenoid etc. then I would go ahead and see if it is the TIPM. Jeep/Chrysler have a real issue with their TIPM and your starter gets “activated from/through that. Try an OBD scan and see if you get any codes coming back. Not all codes throw the service engine light etc. Of course, check the wiring for ground errors and your ignition key as well but ultimately, I would focus on the wiring of the TIPM
