How do I fix my 2004 Kia spectra …it won’t start & when I do get it started it doesn’t stay on long & it’s stuck on 1 rpm
This sounds like a fuel issue . Listen for the fuel pump to hum when you turn the ignition key to the on position without cranking it. If theres no sound it could be check the fuel pump relays if there fine check the pump itself . If you hear the pump change the fuel filter as it could be plugged . it may be leaking fuel so look for leaks check the fuel rail pressure . then listen with a motor stethoscope to the injectors to see if there working. This is a starting place if none of this helps let us now and we can try other things
