My car does nothing when you turn the key. Everything works electrically,just put a new battery in,still nothing,took the starter out and tested it,all is good,put the starter back in and still nothing. The car has been sitting for a few months and was getting started on a regular,then I decided to put it on ramps for exhaust work and all of a sudden it won’t turn.
Check the ground is good. You may have accidentally caused the ground to be disconnected .then maybe check the starter relay, solenoid . See if you can start the car by shorting it at the starter. When you put the key in the run position are there any instrument lights or is the dash dark? If so you may have shorted out the ignition switch in the steering column. Check the ignition fuse and relay in the fuse panel . Just some things you can look at . Hope this helps
