I replaced all 3 power window motors and regulators except drivers window and now I can’t get any of the cigarette lighters to work. Sometimes the cigarette lighter light comes on and sometimes it don’t, light on or off, lighter does not work, fuses are good under back seat ?
Hi @lejk2 , Besides fuse #65 in the fuse box under the rear seat did you also check fuses #22 & # 23 in the engine compartment fuse block? This is for a 2002 Cadillac de Ville so hopefully it is the same for your year model.

The fuse is in under the hood where you might expect the battery. It’s up in the top right hand area, 20 amp fuse. Albeit, I don’t think that it is the fuse. If it was the fuse it would not work at all. but check the fuse first,
