i had 2x1gb ram ddr3 1066 originally i changed to 2x2gb ram ddr3 1333 , works fine now i changed to 2x4gb ram , when i switch on , beep sound comes. RAM can be finicky - you need to use PC3-8500 DDR3 1066 MHz SO-DIMMs. While you were fortunate enough to run one configuration of 1333MHz there’s something in this batch that the box doesn’t like. You could try running one chip at a time in one slot at a time to see if you munged up a connector. Best if they are both from the same vendor and batch. Top tier RAM for obvious reasons are preferred. If this answer is acceptable please remember to return and mark it.
