2 speaker grill have but work only 1 speaker…this mobile is new…
@thushara, indika tushara, You did not state your model#, I suggest you contact Alcatel at the link below to see if there is in deed to be 2 speakers(1 behind each grille) and if there is to be 2 speakers then check your settings for sound and ensure the volume/sound balance is set in the middle. If still no sound from one side return for under warranty for replacement/refund/repair. Good luck.
