Have looked along rails cant find fuel filter in 1991 chevy s10 pickup
Hi, It is in the engine compartment directly below the power steering pump

Danny, 3 possible location for fuel filter on 1991 Chevy S10. 2.5/151 4 cylinder fuel filter location under hood/engine compartment by the brakes master cylinder. 2.8/173 6 cylinder fuel filter location under hood/engine compartment driver side, follow fuel line from the throttle body along the front of engine, just below and behind power steering pump is the filter. 4.3/262 6 cylinder fuel filter location under the truck, ahead of fuel tank, attached to the inner side of frame rail. It is beside the master cylinder on the firewall
