Hi, I have this 12 TB WD Gold Hard drive and when I plug it into a computer externally it doesn’t recognize it in disk manager or terminal. Hard drive boots up and moves like it is doing something, but nothing shows on computer. I noticed the side of the power connecter broke off but counted the pins and all the pins are still on hard drive. I have no idea why this is happening and don’t know what to do as this is an expensive hard drive and is not under warranty anymore unfortunately. Does anyone know how to fix this or what I should do? Thank you in advance.
