I got a good quality screen and replaced it. No issues with the repair except Battery life is really low ever since. The percentage also goes up and down on its own. Battery Life apps show that the battery has only got a capacity of 100 mAh… so yeah, that is a problem. It would also reboot on its own sometimes. I even replaced the battery today but same thing. I don’t know what has happened. Can someone please guide me? I don’t think it is a battery related issue because before the Screen swap, battery life was okay and had no issues.

iPhone 5s has got some tiny components very close to battery connector. I hope not, but it might be that when removing battery one or more of them got pried away, phone behaviour seems to point in that direction. You will need a microscope or very good eyes and good light to check if that is the case. Patience and microsoldering skills will be probably needed.
