Hi, What is the model number of the tablet? It appears that the digitizer (touchscreen) either has a loose connection to the systemboard or is faulty and needs to be replaced. Depending on the model number, digitizers are available online. Here’s a link to some Nextbook Tablet Repair guides, some of which show how to replace the screen (or digitizer).
