IPhone 6 wifi greyed out. Want to replace the wifi chip. Anybody here who is able to help me? I have managed to unsolder iPhone 6 WiFi chip on the logic board. Next how to clean the board and solder the new in chip? How to remove the underfill? Hot air? degree? After removed the underfill, do I have to put flux under solder paste what exactly to get the new wifi chip on the logic board? Any help is kindly appreciated.
