Chosen Solution
Ok so I just got a PS4 slim not the pro. Everything was working just fine until it prompt me to update it. I accepted the update and it updated. It restarted and them nothing just black screen there is sound and I can tell when I used the control it gives of the sound but no display at all. I’ve checked the cable and it’s fine it’s actually brand new. I’ve tried to enter Safe mode it’s not letting me enter at all. How can I fix this?
I recommend calling the manufacturer for their support as they have Engineers who will able to walk through steps while on the and i have attached the website url https://support.us.playstation.com/
