the phone is pretty new with only 2 weeks but the phone turned off by itself and doesnt turn on again and all the commands i use he just doesnt respond
Have you tried booting into Recovery Mode too?
Is the phone charged and have you tried a factory reset . If its only 2 weeks old maybe its a good idea to take it back and have it repaired as it should still be under warranty.
You can try to format it with Phoenix software
My phone has noise and I can still play on it but the screen doesnt work.
