how do I fix USB ports?
@swooptheroad assuming that all your software is properly set etc., then the USB ports not working is most commonly an issue with your Logic Board. It could be the USB power IC or others. You would have to have the power tools and skills to diagnose and repair failure like that. Again, this is assuming that you do not have any software issues. Let us know what the 820-xxxx on your logic board is so we can try to assist you further with this.
