Smashed Phone But Can T Acces Photos Screen Won T Come On Phone

can some one help me please. i dropped my phone and it smashed so bad that the screen won’t come on but you can hear it. i have photos of my daughter giving birth to my grandson .i don’t want to lose those pic. please help .how can i get my photos. i need to except permission on the phone for photos to download on pc. If you can hear the phone it is probably the screen. Replace the screen and see if image and touch comes back. There is no other way to get your data.  If the replacement screen doesn’t work you will have a board problem and your data will need to be retrieved by a reputable repairer. But it can defiantly be retrieved.
